General Info

Sunday October 12th , 2025 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It is the metropolitan area of Charlotte, NC. Specific venue details will be provided upon RSVP.
Strict Formal or Glam attire! Matching the aesthetic of the ballroom venue will help all guests feel comfortable during the event— and make for some memorable glam shots for all!
Aside from the wedding party, this is an ADULT ONLY event! The venue is intimate, and we would prefer to stick to partying adults! Children are welcomed to travel along with you for the weekend. We have recommendations of childcare companies who specialize in creative age- appropriate activities during special events. Just let us know!
Please reserve your hotel room, or other accommodations and RSVP for the event by Thursday, July 31st, 2025. RSVPs will be closed promptly on Friday, August 1st, 2025 in preparation for the event weekend. Scan the QR code below to RSVP.

Of course! As a travel specialist, the bride has already vetted the two best hotels within 10-12 min of the venue, offering free breakfast and light amenities. If you are traveling in a group, check out the local Airbnb properties in the Rock Hill and Fort Hill area. Please thoroughly read the reviews and descriptions before booking at your own discretion.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)- Approx. 30 min from the hotels/venue/Rock Hill area— large hub with all major airlines

Concord Airport in Concord, NC (JQF)- Approx. 50 min from the Rock Hill area— Avelo flies here from New Haven

Absolutely, this is a great option to have flexibility in travel. Both nearby airports have convenient rental options.

Ceremony & Reception

The ceremony starts at 5pm sharp. Please arrive and be seated 15-30 minutes in advance. The doors will close for the ceremony and no other guests will be allowed in after 4:50pm.
Yes, cocktail styled foods will be served during cocktail hour, followed by dinner served buffet style.
Yes, there will be an open bar. Don’t forget to tip the couple.

Couples were invited as optional pairs, but generally, no. The guest list is small. We appreciate you making time to join us. You will see the inclusion of a guest, or not, when you RSVP. Please only RSVP for the guest name listed. Please let us know if any names are spelled incorrectly. Please do not substitute your guest for an unknown person.
The wedding, cocktail hour and reception are all indoors.
There will be a small welcoming event on Saturday October 11 in the Rock Hill. Details to follow.
